DAIRY COMPANY LOANS.
REGULATION GAZETTED.

WELLINGTON, Friday.
A regulation was gazetted last evening under the Agriculture Emergency Powers Act, 1034, authorising companies manufacturing butter, cheese, dried milk, casein, or other products derived from milk or cream, to borrow money out of the funds provided under section 26 of the above-mentioned Act, and to repay such moneys and interest by the issuance of debentures, mortgages, etc.
The companies are also authorised to lend milk and cream suppliers such borrowed money to obtain improved conditions in and about premises used as a dairy by the supplier.
