COUNTRYWOMEN'S ORGANISATION.

WELLINGTON, Friday.
At the annual conference of the women's division of the New Zealand Farmers' Union to-day Mrs. C. K. Wilson (North King Country), Dominion vicepresident and editress of the isew Zealand Countrywoman," was elected unopposed to the presidency. Tlie following Dominion vice-presi-dents were elected: —South Island; Mesdames J. F. Drake (Otago), C. Mcintosh (North Canterbury), M. Ellen (South Canterbury). North Island: Mesdames J. C. Wickliam (Wanganui), C. J. Harris (North Taranaki), and W. Lane (North Auckland). Mrs. C. C. Jackson was elected lion, treasurer, and other officers were elected as follows: Advisory board for South Island, Mesdames A. Forsyth (Nelson), B. E. Evans (South Canterbury), W. Orr (Balfour); advisory board for North Island, Mesdames R. C. Clark (Waitemata), J. A. Harris (Turakina), A. H. McLean (Wanganui); bush nurse and housekeeping auxiliary advisory members, Mrs. L. A. Ilebberd (Utiku) and Miss M. Poison (Wanganui); finance committee, Mesdames W. B. Mathieson (Wellington), W. J. Poison (Wanganui), and T. B. McNeil (Wellington); organising committee, Mesdames M. J. Cocker (Central Taranaki), T. Conlon (Central King Country), E. M. Begg (Mid-Can-terbury), Forsyth (Nelson), D. Williams (North Auckland), J. D. Hall (North Canterbury), Meek (North Otago), IT. R. Marsh (North Taranaki), J. F. Drake (Otago), F. Jenner (Piako), O. Marshall (South Auckland), B. E. Evans (South Canterbury), J. Stewart, W. H. Ward. N. Mcintosh, W. H. King, Harrison, C. Wilson, T.
