EMPIRE DELEGATES AT HOME. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 8. The Empire Parliamentary delegates had a busy day. The Dominions Secretary. Mr. J. H. Thomas, presented then; to His Majesty at Buckingham Palace before lunch. They were then guests of the London Chamber of Commerce at a luncheon. Returning to Westminster, they heard a debate which began on the distribution of population, after which they attended a cocktail party given by tlu Duke and Duchess of Kent at their Belgrave Square residence. In the evening the visitors were entertained at dinner by the Mercers Company.
