RIFLE SHOOTING.
AUCKLAND CITY CLUB,
The Auckland City Defence Rifle Club conducted a service shoot at Penrose on Saturduy, the practice being 7 rounds application and 10 rounds rapid at 200 yards, followed by 10 rounds nt falling plates. A number of Aucklnnd nnd Mount Albert Grammar School boys shot with the club under supervision of senior members. The spoon was won by A. G. Robertson with n score of 210, I. J. Spry 214, H. Simmonds and A. W. Harris 210, being next. The leaders for the specinl trophy are: Spry G, Devore 4, Robertson and Blomfield 3 ench. Scores off the Rifle.— l. J. Spry 117, S. C: Parkinson. 108, C. J.
