DIFFICULT YEAR.
MOUNT EDEN BOYS' BAND.
It was reported at the annual meeting of the Mount Eden Boys' Band last evening that the past year had been a difficult one, the income being £93 and the expenditure £200, the latter item including £122 for new uniforms. Owing to lack of finance the continuance of a bandroom building was suspended. The following officers were elected:— Patron. Mr. T. McNab; president, Mr. A. P. Hartnoll; vice-presidents, Messrs. S. Moodabe, J. Russell, J. M. Stevenson, IT. Gribble, J. M. Melville, H. W. Stacey, H. BeHam, W. T. Anderton, G. L. Taylor, J.- Smith, A. S. Richards, A. J. Stallworthy and Dr. R. R. Smalc.
