MANUREW-4 REQUEST
A letter from Rev. Caaion C'arr, referring to the recent Attack on a young girl at Mahia Road, was received by the Mamu'ewa Town Board last night. He asked for the board's help in requesting police protection for Manurewa. Air. Pegler, a member of the board, said that many requests had been made from time to time, with no result. It was decided tlitest the board should meet the Minister of .Justice on his next visit to Auckland aijl make a form a i request for a new poi'.ice district to be formed.
