Appreciation was expressed of the efforts of Bishop Cherringtoii in acting as dean during 11 months of the financial year. The election of officers resulted as follows: —Dean's warden, Mr. A. B. Whyte; people's warden, Mr. F. B. Hall; chapter, Messrs. C. F. E. Barton, F. H. Clapham, A. C. Dimmock, R. English, H. S. Innes, Jones, L. V. Judd, J. T. Reid, S. E. Senior, E.'L. Watkins and Cf. Wheeler; synodsmen, Messrs. H. 0. Sergei and F. H. Claphamj auditor, Mr. R. P. Hazard.
