OBITUARY.
MR. W. J. McEETRIDGE. The death has occurred of Mr. William James McFetridge, aped 02 years. He was a well-known resident of the Takapuna district, beins the eldest son of the late Mr. William McFetridgc, who died 15 years ago at the aye of 84 years. In* partnership with his brother, Mr. Thomas E. McFeti'idge, who died 18 months ago, lie carried on a dairy farm in Sunnybrae Road after his father's retirement. Deceased was known throughout the province among fattle dealers and to agricultural show competitors. He took a great interest in sport of all kinds, which he generously supported. He was unmarried and is survived by two brothers and four sisters, Messrs David R. MeFetridge (Otahuhu) and Sam McFetridge (Xorthcote). Mcsdames J. Matliie (Bombay), K. Bemrose (Buyswater), W. C. Cain fNorthcote) and L. R. L. Moller (Bii-kdale).
