Approval of the decision of the committee to name the new exhibition hall at the Waikato Winter Show ufter him has been received from the GovernorGeneral, Lord Bledisloe, and the following letter from his Excellency Jiae come to Hip member for Hamilton"; Sir Alexander Young: — "I greatly appreciate the desire of the Waikato Winter Show Association to name its fine new agricultural hall after me, and most gladly to accede to your kind suggestion. Judging by the drawings and specification it will indeed be a noble building." » The building will be called Bledisloe Hall of Agriculture, and will accommodate 15,000 people. His Excellency has always taken the keenest interest in the show.
