ATTACK ON ROAD DANGERS. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON", February 22. The Medical Research Council, in a report to the Ministry of Transport upo.i motor accidents, states tliat a definite proportidh of road users are "accident prone." A successful attack on road dangers must take this phenomenon into account. There are over 20,000 motorists who have made frequent accident claims out of about 500,000 drivers who have been involved in accident claims.
The same phenomenon is observable in factories, where 75 per cent of all accidents are sustained by a small minority of people exposed. A man cannot be blamed because his reactions are slow, but should not be allowed.
