TRAIN SERVICES.
PASSENGERS FOR MEW
PLYMOUTH. TRAVEL VIA HAWERA. As the northern railway line is blocked between Waiotira and Tauraroa, the northbound express which left Auckland at 8.40 this morning ran only as far as the latter station. -Similarly the express from the north, which was due at Auckland at 5.30 this evening, ran only to Waiotira.
Between thene stations passengers, luggage and mails were transported by service ear, and the trains turned back again. The train on the northern section is expected to run to schedule, but that on the section between Tauraroa and Auckland will probably run about an hour liite, arriving back in Auckland about 0.30 to-night.
Passengers for New Plymouth by the Limited lußt night disembarked' at Marton, where they caught a trujn which took them to Hawcra, wlieneo service cars took them on to Xew Plymouth. This arrangement will be maintained for New Plymouth passengers by the Limited to-morrow night, but by Monday it is hoped that trains will lie able to get through to Stratford.
