BUY OWN MEALS.

Cheap Passenger Service for Atlantic. FARES TO COST £10 TO £20. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, February 13. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, in answer to a question in the House of Commons, said that as a proposition for the establishment of a cheap North Atlantic service with British-built ships would not involve the trans-fer of capital abroad (as in the case of the Red Star liners) he had no objection to it. The Press states that the promoters intend to carry first and tourist class passengers at fares of £20 and £10 respectively. The vessels . will have buffets at which the passengers can buy their own meals.
