THE MORNING.

The wharves are still short of shipping. The Rotorua is loading for London at the Central wharf, the Port Hobart is completing at the Queen's wharf, the Ardenvohr is discharging also at the Queen's wharf, and two regular Southern boats at the Prince's wharf. The Brisbane Maru is due this afternoon, and will berth at the King's wharf, and the Dalveen arrives at 10 p.m. from Java, going up to Chelsea in the morning. Marama is due from Sydney at 8 o'clock in the morning with passengers, cargo and 31 bags of Australian mails. She will be met at North Head by the Customs, and passengers should be free to leave shortly after she berths at the Queen's wharf at 8.15 a.m. (U.S.S. Co.) Brisbane Maru is due this afternoon from Japan, via Wellington, and berths at the King's wharf. (F.A.C.) ■ H.M.S. Laburnum left Devonport for Singapore shortly after 11.30 this morning. She was flying her paying-ofT pennant 23.3 ft Oin, and had her mainsail, fore and main staysails set as she cleared North Head at noon. (Naval Dept.) H.M.S. Dunedin went into Calliope Dock at 12.30 this afternoon, to continue her. overhaul. She is expected to be in dock for two weeks. (Naval Dept.) Dalveen is due from Java at 10 o'clock this evening, and proceeds to Chelsea to unload her cargo of sugar. (F.A.C.) Rotorua arrived from Nelson on Saturday afternoon to continue loading for London. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor liner Kungitiki, which sailed rrom London on January 10, is due at Wellington next Thursday. After discharge she comes to Auckland to load. SURREY TO LOAD. The Federal Line steamer Surrey cleared Balboa last Wednesday in continuation or her voyage to Oamaru, where she is due on February IS. The vessel is in ballast and will load for London and West of England ports at Oamaru, Wellington. Gisbornc and Auckland. She is to leave Wangauui for London on March 11. PORT HOBART'S LOADING. The Commonwealth and Dominion's motor ship Port Hobart, now unloading ut the Queen's wharf, will complete her discharge at the Bluff. She will commence loading there, also at New Plymouth and Wanganul. She completes at Wellington and sails from that port for London on March 13. VESSELS FROM NEW YORK. Under charter to the A. and A. Line the Armadale is to leave New York on V ebruary 22 and the City of Tokio on March 10 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. ADDITIONAL CANADIAN STEAMERS. In addition to the Canadian National Steamships' ordinary itinerary two extra steamers will be dispatched from Halifax for New Zealand ports. The Canadian Constructor will arrive on April 22. and the Canadian Conqueror on May 20. Both vessels will loud for New York, Boston and Halifax. UNION COMPANY'S STEAMERS. Waipiata sails on Thursday next for Napier, Wellington, Picton, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Blufl and Tiinaru. Kiwitea arrived at noon to-day and berths at the Prince's wharf. After discharge here she proceeds to Whangaroa, Dargaville, Grcyniouth and Sydney. Pool t a arrives at 7 a.m. to-morrow and berths at Chelsea. After discharge here she proceeds to New Plymouth.
