(Received 12 noon.) LONDON, January 13. The "Referee's" Paris correspondent says it is reported in Spanish Royalist' circles that ex-Queen Ena will not attend (he marriage of her daughter, (he Infanta Beatrice, to the Italian Prince, Alessandro di Civitella Ccsi, in Rome to-morrow.

Efforts arc being made to induce the ex-Queen to attend the ceremony — despite the long-standing bitterness, between her and ex-King Alfunso. It is reported that Alfonso has settled in Pome because he intends to apply to the Vatican for the annulment of his marriage. Meanwhile, Spanish nobility is flocking to Pome for the wedding.
