, PONTIFICAL HIGH MASS. j i MELBOURNE, November 30._ j The prelates of many nations are now j assembled in Melbourne for the opening j of the Eucliaristic Congress at St. Pat-' rick's Cai'iedral on Sunday, when Cardinal Macßory, the Papal delegate, will celebrate Pontifical High Mass in the presence of over 50 archbishops and, bishops. The service promises to be the most spectacular ever held in Melbourne. Arrangements are being made for a congregation of about 25,000. The normal i seating of the cathedral is about 3000, j but extra accommodation will be pro-1 vided and about 20,000 will be able to i hear the service from the .cathedral * grounds, where amplifiers have been installed. Many events in connection with the congress have been arranged for next i week, including the central feature of j the congress, the Eucliaristic procession, l next Sunday. <
