B Laffoon and Craig Wood (America) defeated W. Bolgef and - J. D. Spence, 5 Paul Runyan and Harry Cooper (America) defeated R. Stewart and V. S. Richardson, 0 and 5. Densmoro Shute and Leo Diegel (America) defeated E. Naismith and J. H. Cohen, 7 and C. .. , . . The Americans, who outclassed tneir opponents, were rarely off the fairway, and covered the pin with their seconds. Laffoon and Wood played dazzling goli. The singles will be played to-morrow.
