EXHIBITION OF MODELS.
SIX LOCAL CLUBS' WORK. An exhibition of working and stationary models of locomotive and steam engines, model yachts and old-time ships, model aeroplanes in action, the work of the Junior Legion, will be held on i rid ay and Saturday in the Dixieland building, Upper Queen Street. The exhibition has been promoted by the New Zealand Society of Model and Experimental Engineers, whose work is well known to many, also the two local model flying clubs, the Orakei and Ponsonby Model Yacht Clubs, and the Junior Legion. The exhibition will open at 10.30 a.m. on Friday and will be open continuously till 10.30 p.m. on both days. T he pr . lc | of admission is nominal, and all interested in models of any description should take the opportunity of seeing the show, which will include some 500 exhibits.
