OTHER CHARGES PENDING,

"If bail is granted, I ask that it 1)0 made substantial," said Senior Detective Hall in the Police Court this morning, when Gerald Alexander Rutherford, a baker, aged 30, appeared before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., on a charge of beinfr an idle and disorderly person with insufficient means of support. "There is at least one other charge to be brought against accused —a serious one, of imposing 011 at least one woman and obtaining money from her," said Mr. Hall. "I understand he has a complete answer to that," said Mr. K. C. Aekins, who appeared for accused. Accused was remanded to October 18, bail of £50 being allowed.
