Parliament is being petitioned on a national scale in favour of the repeal of the 1932 legislation under whicli. the primary school permissive entrance age was raised from five to six years. Petitions presented to the House of Representatives yesterday by Taranaki 'members contained in the aggregate nearly 2000 signatures.
