OUT OF THE SEA.
Adventure in a Great Port.
"NIGHT TIDE"
has a background that cannot fail to appeal to all who are moved by the spectacle of ships, great and small, and the sights, sounds and echoes' of dockland. In such a setting, Mr. J. R. Wilmot tells a remarkable story of love and adventure. The adventure comes up from the sea and touches the lives of several quiet-living persons, changing them drastically in manj r respects. Mr. Wilmot is the author of many stories — mostly of mystery and adventure—including "Death in the Stalls." " NIGHT TIDE " begins in the Magazine Section of the "Auckland Star" on Saturday, October 13, and will be continued in daily instalments.
