Stomach Pain Goes Instantly.

New Remedy that Removes the Cause. Yet Contains No Drugs. Flatulence, heartburn, pain, distension, palpitations, and shortness of breath—von know those distressing symptoms of indigestion only too well. Do yon know their cause? They are caused by wind which in turn is caused by undigested and fermenting food. Treatment of indigestion has not kept pace with the knowledge gained by chemists and physiologists. The reason for this lack of success lies in the fact that hitherto most indigestion remedies, containing lime, soda, and other chemicals, though far from being inert, have scarcely touched" the fringe of the trouble—namely, wind. We have long known that vegetable charcoal possesses the valuable property of absorbing wind. In fact, charcoal has been prescribed for a century by doctors for digestive disorders. But to put comparatively inert pieces of vegetable charcoal into* the stomach did not prove very effective. What scientists were looking for was an active charcoal.' An active charcoal has now been discovered in British laboratories! A charcoal which ntfrn-cts to itself all the atoms of gas and other substances created by fermenting food. This new discovery is called Chardox — super-activated charcoal. It does not merely absorb the wind, but attracts it to its surface and condenses it. Chardox is 50 times more active than the ordinary vegetable charcoal mentioned above. After a dose of two or three tablets of Chardox, relief is felt in txco minutes.
