DOMINION WOOL TRADE.

SALES AND EXPORTS. Sales of wool in New Zealand during September totalled 1072 bales, 1078 bales being offered, according to figures complied by Dalgety and Company, Ltd. The figures for Auckland were 456, bales offered and sold. Vor the three months of the season ended September, 4403 bales were offered, and 4207 sold, the Auckland figures being 1000 bales offered and sold In the corresponding period of the previous season 24,037 bales were offered (20(X bales at Auckland) and 23,005 bales (2587) sold. The decline this season is due to smaller offerings at the wintei oddment sales. The quantity of wool exported in Sep "tember was 11,045 bales, 1271 bales bcin; chipped from Auckland and Opua.
