LIBERAL GAINS.
ELECTIONS IN ONTARIO.
OTTAWA, September 25. The Liberals made a net gain of two seats in the House of Commons yesterday by winning four out of five Federal by-elections in Ontario. The Conservatives retained the other scat. The Conservatives now have 135 seats in tlio House and the Liberals 92. Other parties hold IT and one is vacant.
