First of Singapore-Brisbane Air Mail Fleet. DEPARTURE FROM LONDON - . (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, September 24. Mr. L. J. Brain, chief pilot for Quantas Empire Airways, which will conduct the Singapore-Brisbane section of the England-Australia air mail ser-
vice, hopped off at 8.20 this morning for Rome. He has been delayed since Sunday owing to making further tests. Mr. Brain is flying the first of five liners %r the Singapore-Brisbane service.
