Hitler Expected to Announce New Regime. HIGH NAZI CHIEFS. BERLIN", August 29.

In accordance with a decree issued by the German Cabinet on the eve of Marshal von Hindenburg's death and later approved by the plebiscite, Herr Hitler is expected to announce at the Nazi party's conference at Nuremberg -next week a triumvirate of deputies to rule Germany. Probably they will be General Goering, General von Blomberg and Herr Hesse. They will be under Herr Hitler's instructions and personally responsible to him. General Goering probably will be made Vice-Chancellor and conduct the Reich's political affairs. General von Blomberg is expected to deal with defence, and Heir Hesse to have full control of the Nazi party.
