PIANO STUDENTS.

An outstanding feature was the Chopin 'cello sonata, the last published work of the great composer. This very beautiful composition, rarely heard, was given for the first time in Auckland. Among those present were: Mesdames W. H. Parkes, J. T. F. Mitchell, Trevor Lean, L. Whittaker, Frith, Hewitt, Golden, Taylor (Suva), J. Hammond, J. S. Doull, Jaguseh, A.
