SYDNEY, this day.

At Lysaght's galvanised iron works, Newcastle, 900 men were thrown idle when a mass meeting decided that no ironworkers should resume* work until a man- who was dismissed last week was reinstated. Newcastle members of the Waterside Workers' Federation decided to take no action in the dispute. .
