Britain and Argentine Enter Into Negotiations. AFFECT ON DOMINIONS. (Received 11.80 a.m.) LONDON, June 29. The President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Walter Riinciman, this morning conferred with the Argentine Ambassador. It is understood he submitted suggestions for voluntary meat import reductions which, if acceptable, would mean that Britain would ask the Dominions to undertake further reductions. The Ambassador is consulting his Government.
