WEEK-END WEATHER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A moderate anti-cyclone is advancing on to New Zealand, while a shallow low pressure trough is following it across the Tasman Sea. The pressure remains rather low to the east.

The forecast is for light lo moderate southerly winds; the weather fair to tine, but some'isolated showers at first; seas rough mi the East Coast, moderate on the West Coast.

WEATHER IN HAURAKI GULF. The following report of weather conditions in the Hauraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day:— Wind, S.S.W., moderate; fine and clear with scattered clouds; visibility good; sea moderate; barometer rising slowly.
