DEVONPORT MASONS.
ANNUAL BALL HELD. The Dcvonport Masonic Lodge Albion, No. 45, held its annual ball last evening, and the function, which was well attended, was one of the most enjoyable of its kind held on the North Shore this season. The wives of the lodge members were present, and their friends. The hall was beautifully decorated with green and scarlet, this being entirely the work of the men's committee. The guests were received by the hostesses, Mrs. G. G. Chambers, who wore a frock of pink georgette with velvet flower trimmings, and Mrs. G. F. Bartley, who was wearing primrose satin and blue net. The worshipful master, Mr. V. M. Simpson, welcomed the gathering. Mrs. Simpson was present also, wearing red satin and diamante.
