ROTORUA SHOW.
AFFECTED BY WEATHER,
(From Our Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA, Wednesday. The Rotorua A. and P. Association's winter show opened to-day in stormy weather. Trade displays arc fair, but field ind garden produce has fallen very much short of last year. 111 other respects, however, the show lias improved. Record entries were received in the poultry section, and the judge _ made special reference to the high quality of the exhibits. In the Maori arts and craft* section some fine carvings and mat work were exhibited, and there are many attractive studies in painting and photography classes. The court staged bv the Rotorua branch of the Tourist Department is' attracting much interest. The New Zealand Institute for the Blind has a good-display of useful articles made by inmates of the home.
