PURCHASE AGREEMENTS.
Legal advice was received by the Waitemata Power Board to-day * that its conditional purchase agreement for the installation of electric ranges is not a satisfactory security in eases where the Crown is interested in the property. It was. decided, after brief discueeion, to leave in the hands bf the executive the. installation in properties so affected.
