UNDEFEITOED DIVORCE. On tho grounds of mutual separation, Ivy Colo (Mr. F. W. Shramm), at the Supreme Court this morning, before Mr. Justice Ostler, sought a dissolution of her marriage with Raymond Sydney Cole. Petitioner said she married respondent in June, 1027, at Whangarei, and there was one child born of the marriage. Owing to disagreements they separated in August, 1929, when respondent said she could go her own way and he his. They had lived apart ever since. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute at tho expiration of three months.
