Russian Railway Cause Outcry. ,= TRIAL OF SUSPECTS.. (Received 10 a.m.) MOSCOW, March 6. As a result of the public outcry at the alarming frequency of railway accidents, four courts will shortly try batches of officials allegedly culpable of recent smashes. The latest accident happened on Sunday last when there was a collision between suburban trains in which 19 people were killed and 52 injured.
