RADIO LICENSES.

Radio licenses for the coming year are now due. Listeners have prayed for a reduction, but it is quite evident no notice will be taken. Are we who iind this 30/ yearly going to tolerate this extortion any longer and not have a word to say in the matter? I predict many licenses will be cancelled and sets dismantled unless this reduction is brought about. With regard to wave lengths, the most popular stations, 2BL Sydney and KFI Los Angeles, have been blotted out entirely for daylight reception. I would like to know what the trade is going to do about it, as all this tampering with listeners' rights will prevent increased sales. SEVEN-VALVE.
