SUGAR CARGO DUE.

MOTOR SHIP'S FIRST "VISIT.

A cargo cf raw sugar from Java is expected by the Statira overnight. Tomorrow is the occasion of the first visit of the new motor ship Port Chalmers and the second visit of the Tuscan Star, both of which are to load for England. On Friday a sulphur cargo is due by the Cape Coniorin. Statira is cxpected at midnight from Java with a cargo of raw sugar for discharge at Chelsea. (Speckling.) Waipahi, which is unloading fruit and loading general cargo at t:;o Prince's wharf, is now scheduled to ■sail at 4 p.m. tn-dav for Sydney, thence Fiji and Nukualofa to load again for Auckland. (U.S.S.) Beatus, which has been discharging Ocean Island phosphate at the King's wi.aif, is to leave at 5 o'clock this afternoon for Ocean and Nauru Islands. (H. and M.) Port Chalmers is expected from New Plymouth at 8 a.m. to-morrow to continue loading for London and Hamburg. T1 e vessel is on her maiden voyage, having left London in January with cargo for Australia. She is a motor ship, of 853.5 tons gross. (H.R.) Tuscan Star is due here to-morrow at noon from Napier for final loading for London. This will be her second visit to Auckland. Her berth will be at the Central wharf, and she is scheduled to sail on Monday via Panama. (W. and R. F.) RANGITANE NEXT WEEK. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor liner Rangitane is expected from London a week from to-morrow with passengers, mails and cargo.
