PERMITTED REVOLT.
SPANISH GENERAL DEGRADED. (Received 1 p.m.) MADRID, February 14. General Manuel Gonzalez has been dismissed the Service and sentenced to 12 years and a day in a military prison for his negligence in allowing the San Jurjo rising of 1032, when he commanded the Seville forces. His six subordinates were variously sentenced.
