Prince George's Naval Promotion While at the Cape. • SUCCESS OF VISIT. CAPETOWN, February 14. Prince George, who arrived in Capetown as a lieutenant of the Navy, was bidden farewell yesterday morning as a commander, having been promoted in the interim. His Royal Highness' visit to the Cape Peninsula has boon an astonishing success, and an equal reception is assuicd in other portions of the Union.
