ODDFELLOWS' SOCIAL.
After the close of the lodge meeting on Thursday evening, the Loyal Franklin Lodge entertained Oddfellows from the Remuera, Howick, Lynndale, Avon, and Papatoetoe Lodges, at a social held in the Kingsford Hall, Otahuhu. During the evening Bro. James Grey, P.G., of the Remuera Lodge, presented on behalf of the Loyal Franklin Lodge, a PastGrand emblem to Sister T. Kitto. The visitors spent a very enjoyable time, dancing to the music provided by Mrs. J. Mathews. The duties of master of ceremonics were carried out by Mr. D. N. Rae. Supper was served by the social committee, comprising Mrs. F. Davis, and the Misses F. Wilson, E. Kelly, F. Davis, E. Searrehfield, T. Kitto, and D. Salt. Among those present were: Mesdames F. Davis, A. Eraser, J. Salt, McLean, and Misses E. McHugli, B. Goodall, E. M. Goodall, J. Geros, H. L. Gedye, W. Crook, W.. Shore, E. Searchfield, M. Learning, N. Mclnness, F. Wilson, F. Davis, D. Salt, M. Cave, T. Kiito, E. Kelly, K. Nobbs, H. Gillard, L. Grey, and E. Mclnness.
