Dominions Should Aid British Migration. SHIPPING AND TRADE. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, January 31.
Sir A. Shirley Benil, M.P. (Con.. Park, Sheffield), moved in the House of Commons a motion to the effect that the time had come for the Government to get in touch with the various Dominion Governments in order to plan a voluntary redistribution of the white peoples of the Empire and the stimulation of Shipping and trade under the flag.
