Lawsuit Over Validity of Contracts. HUGE VALUE OF EXTRACTS. (Received 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, January 25. The "Daily Telegraph" Istanbul correspondent says that at the British High Court's request, evidence is to be taken 'in connection with a lawsuit concerniinw the validity of the extraction of salts from the Dead Sea. The right of Palestine Potash, Limited, to extract ■salts, of which the aggregate value is estimated at £242,000,000,000, is being contested by a group of capitalists, mainly French. Complications in the case may develop into a question of international interest. Palestine Potash, Limited, has alreadv spent £750,000 on" plant and has laid down 600 acres of pans for evaporisation purposes.
