Dublin Publishing* Company's Action. PERMISSION TO APPLY. (Keceived 12.30 p.m.) ■ DUBLIN, January 12. Tho High Court has granted the Republican" Press Company permission to apply for an injunction on January 10 to prevent the police from further preventing publication of "Anphoblacht," which was suspended on December 21.
The company is also taking action for damages against Captain Broy, Police Chief, and other police officials.
