WILL SOLIDIFY POSITION.
WASHINGTON, January 4,
The comments of Republican and Democrat on President Roosevelt's policy speech in Congress on Wednesday vary greatly,, tho opinion of both being that the message should be most effective in solidifying his strength and increasing his hold on Congress when he makes specific recommendations later to questions of currency, tariffs and other problems.
