Litvinoff in Rome. Though Mussolini is reluctant to travel j and lias not left Italy since 1920, he has always shown curiosity regarding the Bolshevist experiment. "The spectacle of the modern Napoleon triumphantly entering Moscow Ayill fittingly symbolise the reconciliation between the two dictatorships," says the diarist.
