MASTER CHARGED.
ALLEGATION OF THEFT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday, The master of the motor vessel Foxton, Albert George Baggett, appeared in the Lyttclton Court this morning charged with stealing £3 in notes from Robert McGregor, providore cook of the vessel. On the application of the police a remand was granted until to-morrow to enable the accused to be represented by a solicitor. Bail was allowed.
