FARNELL SCHOOL BUILDING.

The chairman of the Parnell School Committee (Mr. A. G. Harris) has been advised by Mr. F. W. Shramin, M.j?., that the Minister of Education, the Hon. R. Masters, will officially open the new school on Monday, Docember 11, at 2.30 p.m. " „ At this function the chairman of the school committee will preside, and several representative speakers have been asked to speak. Afterwards, the school will be thrown open for inspection, and exhibitions of folk dancing will'be given in the grounds. a ' The school committee is anxious to get into touch with those who were pupils at the opening of the old school, and these are asked to communicate with the eecreUiry. Arrangements are being made for-a reunion of former teachers and pupils ,to be held the same evening in some convenient hall in the city.
