ROWING.
N.S.W. CREW'S VISIT. OTAGO OPPOSES GUARANTEE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUXEDIN, this day. The Ot.ago Rowing Association decided against giving a guarantee for a visit from a New South Wales crew. It was stated that the only race that would be satisfactory would be an Interproviucial eights, and if the New Zealand Association wanted New South Wales to make the trip it should invite a crew-at Its own expense.
