CANNISTER WORKERS.

I 'Complete* recommendations were agreed upon in the Conciliation Council this morning in the cannister workers' dispute. The respective assessors will now place these recommendations before their respective parties for ratification, and a further hearing will be heard before the Conciliation Commissioner, Mr. P. Hally, on December 18.
