Bulgarian Accused, Expelled From Fire Trial. _f IRREPRESSIBLE DIMITROFF. (Received 11 a.m.) BERLIN, November 3. Dimitroff, one of the Bulgarians accused of the Reichstag fire of February last and at present under trial, continues to be an irrepressible and candid critic. He told the prosecutor: "You have still a lot to learn about Soviet conditions."

The enraged prosecutor appealed for tho protection of the judges, who excluded Dimitroff for three days.
