RESTRICTIONS RESENTED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, November 3. The release of Mr. Panter is the occasion of further comment on the case in the English Press. The "NewsChronicle." says that Mr.' Panter did nothing but his plain duty as a journalist, lie reported honestly what he saw.
"Does the German Government deny this right to foreign correspondents t" asks the paper. "If so, no responsible British journalist will consent to work on these terms." .
